Job Details:

  • Explain scientific and technical ideas in simple language

  • Write technical direction on product announcements, marketing brochures, advertisements, marketing specifications

  • Meet with customer representatives, vendors, executives to establish technical specifications

  • Be able to build needed workflows “in your head” listening to customer needs

  • Ask “right” questions, guide non-technical and non-IT clients to reveal exact need

  • Create and study drawings, specifications, mock-ups, existing software

  • Reverse-engineer existing processes and document them

  • Create user documentation for a variety of material, including how-to guides and instruction manuals

  • Ensure technical verbiage is easy to understand by the lay-person

2. IT Quality Assurance Engineer 

Job Details:

  • Develop testing methods and use tools that cover the whole life cycle of a product

  • Assess and modify requirements for the purpose of creating test cases

  • Quantify test results and provide insightful solutions as appropriate to internal team

  • Responsible to provide technical investigation updates/progress to project team

  • Create and execute regression test suite based on design specifications and requirements

  • Work with development team to capture and reuse automated unit test cases and other development test object 

  • Ability to develop, maintain and execute automated test suites for software products using latest testing techniques

  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to communicate effectively and confidently with team members and management 

  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically and systematically

3. ASP.NET/CORE MVC DEVELOPER

Job Details:

  • Deliver complex .NET / MVC 5 / C# / .NET Core solutions, including documentation and unit testing

  • Apply technical processes to solve complex problems

  • Work within an Agile development process

  • Develop quality products and deliver them on schedule

  • Coordinate with project work teams to ensure adherence to policies, achievement of quality targets and delivery on schedule milestones

Ability to work remotely Requirements:

  • At least 3 years of functional web development, web programming and  architecture and planning quality technician solutions

  • Ability to implement unit testing and release management procedures whilst working within a controlled system development life cycle environment

  • Experience of detailing, estimating timescales for and allocating development tasks accurately and appropriately

4. Lead/Senior Java/Kafka Developer

 

Job Details:

The Lead Application Developer works with business analysts, team leads and other developers. A major contributor in Architecture design and development of scalable resilient hybrid Cloud-based solutions supporting critical applications; mentor and collaborate with developers, architects and product owners to drive the strategy of transforming the enterprise into a data-driven organization; lead through innovative strategic thinking in building data solutions. The Lead Application Developer will be a team player and work well with business, technical and non-technical professionals in a project environment.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsibility is application design and development of big data application for business requirements in agreed architecture framework and Agile environment

  • Actively participates and lead requirement analysis and reviews to identify missing or incomplete requirements. Must always look for assumptions made in the models and must always validate those assumptions of the models.

  • Actively participates in design of highly performing, transactions heavy, scalable, secure, reliable and cost optimized solutions.

  • Thoroughly analyzes requirements, develops, tests, and documents software quality to ensure proper implementation.

  • Follows agreed upon SDLC procedures to ensure that all information system products and services meet: both explicit and implicit quality standards, end-user functional requirements, architectural standards, performance requirements, audit requirements, security rules are upheld, and external facing reporting is properly represented.

  • Work with Scrum Master, Product Owner and team to groom backlog, estimate level of effort, identify and add dependencies

  • Performs thorough code-reviews based on high engineering standards

  • Writes unit and integration tests based on chosen DevOps frameworks.

  • Performs application and project risk analysis and recommends quality improvements.

  • Assists Production Support by providing advice on system functionality and fixes as required

  • Communicates in a clear and concise manner all time delays or defects in the software immediately to appropriate team members and management

  • Assist with departmental and new employee training

  • Experience integrating modelling libraries required. Risk analytics technology implementations experience a plus

  • A major influencer & strategic thinker, this person should also mentor developers and collaborate across multiple cross functional team to achieve the desired outcome.

  • Primary Technical skills

  • Kafka experience is a must-have

  • 10+ year of experience in building large scale, data-centric Java-based solutions.

  • Distributed computing frameworks - Apache Spark, Apache Hive, Kafka Streams, Apache Flink, etc.

  • Distributed message brokers Kafka, RabbitMQ, ActiveMQ, Amazon Kinesis, etc.

  • Experience with cloud technologies and migrations. Experience preferred with AWS foundational services like VPCs, Security groups, EC2, RDS, S3 ACLs, KMS, AWS CLI and IAM etc.

  • Experience developing and delivering technical solutions using public cloud service providers like Amazon, Google, etc.

  • Experience following Git workflows

  • Familiarity with monitoring related tools and frameworks like Splunk, ElasticSearch, Prometheus, AppDynamics, Zabbix

  • Intellectually curious and eager to learn.
